A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 15 days or less prior to the event. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. If Luna Glow cannot provide a fully operational booth due to reasons beyond control, a partial refund will be issued.
For outdoor setups, Luna Glow requires a shaded or covered area to protect equipment. If weather conditions pose a risk to the booth or guests, operations may be paused or moved indoors. Luna Glow reserves the right to end service early if safety or equipment damage becomes a concern.
Luna Glow arrives at least 60 minutes before your event start time for setup and begins breakdown approximately 45 minutes after the event ends. A suitable, level space and access to power outlets are required for all photo booths.
